Hi T2--why not just hold on? It seems a settlement might be imminent...if the mediation doesn't lead to settlement, then it'll be the same old same old for a while, but I'm optimistic. OT: I've been following your posts with great interest over on JDSU thread. Yes, taxman is brilliant with his calls. I remember him saying he had some QCOM calls he bought at 9 that were worth 140, and that was a little while ago. I think he has more patience than myself! He doesn't mind holding onto them for a while. I'm trying to embrace that strategy. Jill
