Why GO is a GO
Howdy Techriders. When I sent the e-mail call on GO for your DD, I told you all that I would post why GO is a GO. This is a rare gift as investors are asleep at the wheel.
If you have done your DD you will see that go.com has everything all the big boy internets do, because it is one. Media metrix list the GO.Network (GO) as number five on the whole www. So why is it under 30 bucks? Because people chase the likes of ADSP and don't do DD.
It is a major and less than thirty bucks a share and people are missing it. Think of that for a minute. This boggles the mind. I know there are people out there who will say but they are being sued. To which I say, BIG DEAL.
Why do I say big deal? Because I'm Tom Sawyer, I don't do fences. There is a way around this. Own GO and GNET or GOTO. I'm serious. I own a mountain of GNET and they have the trump card. I know common sense law and so do most juries. They may lose the logo (maybe) but if I was the lawyer, they wouldn't lose a damn thing other than that and I'm no JD.
You make the call go.com vs. goto.com vs. go2net.com
So if GOTO is saying we had it before GO then go2net can say we were here before both of you. Similar names, logos and product. Then if you know how to surf, you can really muddy the waters with a wheretogo.com Similar name, one of the products and a similar, just different color logo.
Can you own the name GO? Maybe the logos are too close but did GOTO invent the traffic light signal? Do they own it? Sadly this all comes down to corporate types with NO imagination. Ten bucks says they brought this up to the lawyers and the lawyers said 'we can fight them on this.'
Go2net should sue them both. Knowing how smart GNET's management is I will bet they are just saving money letting GOTO do the work and test the waters.
The point is if you own GNET or GOTO why worry about taking a Techride on a very cheap GO? I'm betting on the word GO and I've been in GNET from the getGO. I mean come on GO Network and the go2net Network?
GO is gift, GO is a GO. 909S for next to nothing. Wall Street is sleeping.
909S2ALL, Enjoying the ride, Blue
