I am re-issuing the DD on ISRI.... This is my first short, intermediate and long term pick for Dec 99 and yr 2000.
REMEMBER THIS: There is so much more to this story than what has been released on the newswires... The company has a number of irons in the fire and want to wait until the deals are completely done to release news.
I KNOW THE STOCK HAS ALREADY MOVED A LOT IN THE LAST 3-4 DAYS... IT DOESN'T MATTER. THIS ONE IS IN MY OPINION GOING MUCH HIGHER.

O/S: 27M, 13M Restricted, 6M Restricted Shares held by insiders...
Float: 5M... About 3-4 million shares are held by insiders and folks
supposedly close to the company. This leaves 1-2M shares tradable which is
why the stock moves so quickly on volume.
January 12, 2000 is due date for filing. ISRI has retained a firm from
Salt Lake City, UT to complete the audit and filings. These filings are
expected to be delivered to the SEC within 2-4 weeks. They have until the
12th of Jan and 60 days thereafter to correct any deficiencies.
International Star has two businesses... the old business is in precious metal
mining. They own 2200 acres on the Colorado River that may work out soon...
the lab results are expected within the next 2 weeks. Preliminary reports on
the property indicate there could very well be a significant amount of gold on
the property.
The most exciting thing ISRI has going on is in the business of GPS for
automobiles/trucks. This QWIKTRACK© system is an automatic vehicle location
system that uses global positioning satellites as basis for determining asset
location in real time.

This system will be available via a web site which will use www.qwiktrack.com as
the URL... this web site is being developed now so that the unit will be
available for purchase through the site. (it is not there yet)
I have seen the system... the company has a nice 4 page color brochure which
gives all the specs on the system complete with pictures.

-American Towman Exposition
Qwiktrack was invited by the National Towing Alliance to demonstrate their
product on Nov. 19-21, 1999, to the attendees of the Exposition. 22,000
companies attended representing 200,000 tow operators.
The Qwiktrack Units were received VERY well. The company expects a serious
amount of business to come from this Expo. In fact, a major auto and truck
manufacturer is meeting with the company this week regarding the purchase of
Qwiktrack units. I will stay in touch and see how the company does with this
deal. This could be very, very big... but, not a done deal... yet. New
markets that were identified at this Expo that will lead to significant
purchases is the Repossession and Leasing industries...
- The president of the company is in the far east working on sales of the
units to companies in that region.
- Finally, the company is contemplating a change of their name to
QWIKTRAC.COM and change the ticker as well at some time in the near future.
