Hey Carl,

Let's go over this - Completed deals=April 28th, already been said and you have to give them until at least that time. Stock dividend= pretty obvious if they had a problem with their transfer agent that there will be some delay, I will see if I can find out how much. Also I believe that being their own transfer agent is temporary for getting out the dividend, and doing this is not all that unusual. Maybe someone who has more first hand knowledge of this can post what they know about that. Audit = can't be completed until Congress deal is closed. Confirmable information= not sure what you want here, but if it something the company can release at this time I'm sure someone can find out. I hear TT is going over tomarrow and is suppose to try and to a motorsport site after he talks with Genesis. He apparently has been in contact with them and they have told me that there doors are always open for people who wish to go there and check out the operations. Improved IR/PR= I believe some things will be coming out in the near future that will show improvment, especially after the CRIC deal is complete. I won't say that management has come through so far because most things listed are still in progress but we will see in about 10 days if we can start saying that.
