John re: he like I, says it is a bunch of marketing BS. Funny, he also mentions the 'floppy' issue. Thanks for the article. Marketing is where my knees get week and is one area that so many people focus on to the exclusion of the behind the door business processes. It is the land of pure opinion for most. Dell has an edge in marketing though because of their direct contact with the buyer. I just have to trust their decisions. The floppyless package was a giant marketing leap that has already been made by Apple, so I consider the objection to be pointless. Cheers Mike
