Acquisitions The Company has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a 16 unit regional restaurant chain. Either party to the letter may terminate the letter of intent without penalty. The parties have agreed to proceed toward negotiation of a mutually agreeable purchase agreement. No assurances can be given that the purchase of the restaurant chain will be completed."
