Jaime: Thanks. I am still here. Greg: Thanks for the serious reply. I am looking forward to a report from TT and the others. I don't believe the transfer agent situation is typical, and under the circumstances it is an especially bad idea to take over themselves. We are dealing with trust here, and management should IMO do everything possible to gain that trust. As a minimum, shareholders were entitled to know of the switch, since it may materially effect the share value, and the transfer had been promised, in writing, by management to be done early this week.
As to other issues to be confirmed, management has not responded to requests from legitimate shareholders for updates on any plans or progress on IMXS, or the site of the NASCAR pitstops. Yes, we may find out more tomorrow, but we don't know now despite many efforts to find out.
I have not bashed the stock, and have been long since early last fall. I believe we all have a right to reasonable responses from management, and information that will help us protect our investment. As I have said before I don't have to like management if they perform their fiduciary duties and make us all money, but so far I have seen damned little effort on their part to give me confidence in them. Waiting until the 28th may be the only answer but, of course, if there are big problems, by then it will be too late.
Unless you are short the stock, why would anyone not want to see management respond and try and keep the price up. Several people on the thread have said they have had enough, and will sell tomorrow. If there are serious shorts - they win.
Sorry for the tone and length. Regards, Carl |
