I subscribed to Carter's letter about 6 weeks ago. So far I've been very disappointed with it and would not recommend it. His daily emails don't have anything other than what can be read in any financial newspaper each morning. His stocks to watch for the day are only picked from the previous day's percentage gainers. He does however provide a note or copy of relevent news by his stocks to watch picks occasionally. I've noticed that his daily stocks for today picks ussually go down in price that day which I think is due to the high percentage gains they had onthe previous day. Why can't Carter point out these stocks on the day they are moving up instead of after they've moved up significantly. The only recommendation thatI bought is PVO and regret it. Looks like there will be a drop in price Friday afterPVO's last release. Unless Carter has enough influence and recommends PVO Friday when he speaks at the Mining Investment conference in Toronto. I hope so. I've had too many disappointments this year and could use some good luck. Please excuse any typing errors as I am writing quickly.
