Carl, I posted over fourty five days ago that the transfer agent was going out...This is no "new" news. Genesis has had pressure on them for quite some time, but they were holding out to cover the 144 shares that were still floating out there.. This has become the perfect solution to put a stop to the bogus shorts. Genesis has no plans to continue to be the transfer agent after they get the books in order and distribute the div. and the certs. If the transfer agent sent out the certs in a timely manor, and not held back, the squeeze would have happened earlier. But as I understood it, it was to be today...."Right to the day" Creditable or not, take it for what its worth... Also, before you might get any other wild idea's from garbage on the thread, think of all my past posts All the above based on my opinions Happy Trading
