another NR for PGPG - plans to set up a national ISP using the Browsesafe premise for net minding. Now - to do this - they gotta have some bucks or alignments I suspect. Time to fess up what they have been up to for the past couple of months. They already have deals with AOL and MSFT - so how are they gonna pull off a national ISP? To make a claim like that, there must be some big pockets coming in to back them.

Program

Business/Technology/Education Editors

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2 1999

BrowseSafe.com Offers a Nation-wide ISP Service to Corporations
and Non-Profit Organizations

BrowseSafe.com (OTC BB:PGPG - news), an Internet web content review company that is the developer and provider of PlanetGood,
a software utility that offers safety, freedom and choice while online, today announced that it will be offering a Private Label national ISP
dial-up service that is being marketed to companies and organizations for Internet access with PlanetGood safety.
BrowseSafe.com can now offer businesses and non-profit organizations the opportunity to market their own ISP service to their valued
customers and to the members of their organization. "This is a fundamental way for businesses and non-profit organizations to offer a
national ISP service to their current customer base, attract new customers, generate supplemental revenue and have commercial contact
with their subscribers," said Mark Smith President and CEO of BrowseSafe.com. Offering reliable national ISP access has become a
necessity for Browsesafe.com due to the acceptance of the recently introduced Private Label program.
"The demand by organizations for the PlanetGood service has created a need for BrowseSafe to diversify its product line, so now we
can seamlessly offer ISP service to customers who are not currently on-line," said Smith. BrowseSafe.com will be responsible for the entire
ISP operation including billing, customer service and technical support. The Private Label Partners will be marketing the new service to
their customers, staff and supporters, plus BrowseSafe will offer its assistance and expertise in the development of these programs and
materials.
BrowseSafe.com's Private Label ISP program offers a high-availability, high-performance national network for dial-up access. The new
BrowseSafe network is comprised of varying connection speeds dominated by V.90 protocol for 56Kbs-compatable modem connections.
"We are offering our Private Label Partners the highest quality ISP service available. Our partners' name and reputation will be associated
with this service, so offering the best standard available is important to everyone involved - our customers, our partners, our technical staff
and our entire Company," said Erik Hannemann, BrowseSafe's IT director.
The combination of PlanetGood and the Private Label ISP dial-up program offers partners the ability to market the highest quality,
user-friendly, ISP available, along with the most effective Internet security products in the market. The combination of national ISP access
and quality service makes the package very desirable for consumers and corporations nationwide.
