Hal - a report like this is useful - thanks I will pass it along to our server team.

However your use of the "server X" and "server Y" makes the report much less useful. If you think that publicizing the server names will be a problem then perhaps email would be a better way of submitting a report like this. That is, of course, if you are interested in getting the problem solved as opposed to just making a noise.

The problem you mention about our servers not logging you in "for some reason" is because of the following:

Logging in from two different PCs at the same time constitutes a violation of the terms of your signed Real-time Agreement covenants with the exchanges and our terms of service, so your account will be cancelled at the close of business today.
