rich: you say "call NASD" do you have their number? i've tried finding them through the search engines with no luck... henry brimmer put in a buy order for 2000 shares of issm at 2.5 a couple of days ago... a whole bunch of people got their orders filled -- i received a message that my order had experied.. the intra day charts show that issm did drop under 2.5 on thursday... on friday issm climbed back to 3.38 ... had etrade bought as ordered I would have been around $1500 happier on friday!!! class action eh? you think we've got a chance? let me think!
