I believe what smells badly here is J. Anthony and Lou. Funny how they made their posts and ran. I emailed J. Anthony this morning to find out more and never received a reply. And what the hell is owning on a higher level mean. Also sounds to me the other bad smell is the transfer agent who apparently just happens to be involved in this 144 problem. I personally would be quite happy that he is gone and that the company will get another more reputable transfer agent. If they can get this dividend out next week on their own while they are getting another transfer agent, I am all for that. Of course we can wait for them to get another transfer agent then wait for the new agent to put it out. It is only the dividend shares, they will get a new agent, this is not permanent. If they did not have this dividend to get out this would not be an issue in my opinion. Also if you read back at Lou's posts I believe he said he bought this stock from someone and transfered it through this agent or something to that effect, not that he bought it from the transfer agent.
