Vip, thanks for a thought-provoking group of questions. In #1, are
you referring to contract manufacturing? Last time I spoke with the
company it sounded as though they had pulled back from that to acco-
mmodate production of Iamin (?), but that they were going to try to incor-
porate some contract work to enhance cash flow. Also, which products
are you referring to in points 3 and 4? The wound care dressings? In
terms of break-even (point #5), are you taking into account cost
savings from their consolidation of facilities, etc.? Your sixth
point is interesting. Many of us took heart from their decision to
use cash to pay off the suit, thinking it implied their view that
the stock would be more valuable. With its subsequent devaluation,
I wonder now...As far as a private placement, your point is well taken
but given some incipient cash flow from the wound care sales and
their still-plentiful cash hoard, along with tighter operating
budgets and maybe some contract manufacturing, are you convinced it
would have to be that soon?

I have a question on another matter. In following boards for a number
of my holdings I seem to be dead-last receiving company annual/quar-
terly reports in the mail. I live in Los Angeles. Are your shares
held in street name? Do you or does anyone on the board know how one
can speed up the process?

Thanks,

Chris
