Whoever told you the above was not telling the whole story. SP-Group bailed and pulled all info on all of Mr Tiltons companies which he was contracted to have on its web-page. Mr Bentley of SP-Group wanted Mr Titlon to appoint him CEO of GMCH and he wanted GMCH to buy American Computers which offers a high priced laptop computer with some kind of MLM sales plan. I think he was thinking of having Internet access coffeee shops or something. My partner took a look at the computers and thought they were not as good of quality as competing name brands selling for less and advised Mr Tilton not to acquire American Computer. I have been told Mr Bentley now runs or is heavily involved with American Computer. According to Mr Tilton he had the nerve to require payment for time remaining on contract even after he pulled all company info stating he was just taking a break from the exagerated # of phone calls he claimed to answer from TNRG & GMCH shareholders. Needless to say he recieved no further payment.
