But since IMHO there's a small probability of a very large spike, I'm placing a bet on it. Okay, I get it. But, unlike MO and tobacco settlements, this one is seeking to remove the M$ monopoly. I can't see a settlement that involves making M$ shareholders happy. Jeez, they're bringing Boies into the room with them. Janet Reno is pretty serious. The settlement would be (and I don't think there will be); 'okay, you give us all the code and we won't send the ATF in to get it'. -JCJ
