Steve,
From what I have heard, they are washed. Genesis holding the doc's now, they had messenger service bring paperwork to genesis tonight.
Genesis has control, and as they straighten the books and do there
reports, the illegal 144 shorts are gone..They plan to work all weekend on this matter...

Again, all in my opinion
