I spoke with Investor Relations, at ISON today: good info, basically this was a sale of inventory and some limited assets, no change in the number of employees... an 8Q will be filed in the next week which will detail the transaction...ISON has basically sold the mfg side of the business, but has kept the intellectual property rights to the use of Si28 in the semicon industry. Eagle-Picher will focus on the Nuclear market with the Zinc, while ISON will be focusing on the Semiconductor market / Medial imaging market and other applications. Eagle-Picher already has a boron isotope process and sells a lot of product to the Nuclear industry... my favorite comment from the discussion regarding ISON's postion which was described as "in the cat birds seat on this one" in reference to their rights with the Si28 usage in the Semicon Market.
