Arrow,
It seems to me that with;
-- China just announcing the rapid expansion of the Internet.
-- The relaxation of laws which will now allow outside Internet companies to do business in China.
-- The fact that the Wen family is Chinese and therefore is well familiar with the Chinese market. and
-- The recent 5 fold increase in price, of certain small float stocks, now coming into vogue.

That the time has come for PCCG to really start moving up.
