Well there are usually two sides to every story. Considering how Mr. Bentley has taken Casino Pirata and acquired American Computers, it looks like he accomplished his goal after all. I am not too concerned with who was right or wrong in this matter but as a shareholder, I would definitely like to know more about the financial condition of TNRG and TIPS. Audited financials would be a good start. In addition, the "apparent" lack of preparation for the TIPS dividend, which caused a number of delays, as well as the "rocket ride" of TNRG to over $1.00 and the subsequent crash to the high teens does not look good from the outside! Any insight that could be given would be appreciated.
