Dave, The smaller biotechs certainly deserve some recognition, though I think they may still be blasted when the general market crashes. I punted all of my Incyte today and one third of my Medarex. I am holding the other 2/3s hoping for a quadruple, as my average cost was about $4.

It is sure nice to see some of these long-suffering issues, Medarex much more so than Incyte, hit the jackpot.

Funny story. A couple of years ago we had a threadster named Robin who laughed when I told her I did research for a living. She dared me to produce a research report on the thread. Though I usually ignore such taunts, I had a report on Medarex handy that I had unsuccessfully tried to hawk to a value hedge fund. Now, a fourple in two years is certainly not spectacular in this mania, but I'll take one every time on a value stock. <g>
