WTCH - WATCHOUT INC. !! Float only 200k. Moves very quickly. Jim, here is some info I received from IR firm which is called StockBroker Relations. They have a good reputation and I have been dealing with them for a while. They have 30 brokers going hard on the phones promoting their clients. They have been paid up front with cash and shares by WTCH in a one year agreement. Matt McGuire is the contact. Their phone number is 1 800 546 7950. He is very easy to deal with, honest and very informative. Watchout Inc. is a shell spin off of a High Tech holding company called Innovative Cyber Systems. Shell was at 5 bucks. There should be 2 big PR,s in December of WTCH acquiring MicroMatix who provide Computer systems to The US Postal Service and Lockheed Martin. Their revenues are 30 million with a profit of 1 million. WTCH are going to be purchasing these high tech companies and putting them all under their umbrella. Their will be another major acquisition this month as well. In total they are working on 5 acquisitions right now. The first 2 will be done with cash. the next 3 will be done with restricted stock.
