Now that the value of CEGE's holdings in ABGX have exploded to over $250,000,000, does anybody believe that GENZ's bargain may have just flew out the window. Doesn't CEGE's board have a fiduciary responsibility to CEGE shareholders to reject this offer now? I think it is time to buy CEGE....minimal downside risk and much better chance that we will get more than $10 a share. Or am I just dreaming?
