The VLNC stock fraud. Valence has a long, long history of issuing phony or misleading press releases. My guess is that there something that they're not telling us here - but perhaps there's a possibility that they've mended their ways. The last time they scored a significant contract (with Motorola) the company failed to deliver as promised and insiders dumped millions of shares before disclosing the problem to the public. If you're currently short VLNC, don't cover...yet. Perhaps put in a stop-loss at 12 1/2 to 13. If the stock continues climbing and there seems to be no follow-through on their P.O. announcement, we'll revisit it later.
