It's such a fast market taht I can't call it beyond the next hour or
two, it knee jerks on any and every thing..with a type of
rotation that can only be done in collusion.
In short some big Konglomerates are scratching one anothers
back and screwing the public.
The DVI shows it as it's happening but even it can reverse
in a heartbeat.
