Rap: I believe that stock buyback was an error. There are 3 Rollins companies trading on the NYSE. Rollins Leasing, Rollins Inc and Rollins Environmental. Rollins Inc is down south and I believe that is the one that bought back the stock. The wires often get the companies confused. One additional point - I believe REN is said to have a tie to Mexico is because they signed an agreement with a Calif. company which had a sales force in Mexico - check out Yahoo for the release (Dec/Jan).
