Isn't it funny how the Russians "accepted" a visit of the OSCE official to Chechnya...how conveeeeenient....now they don't even let him come close there, too "unsafe"...Bet you the next IMF load of our tax dollars is not "withheld" due to Chechnya "concerns"...the bills are still getting paid for getting Billie out of the Kosovo mess as a "winner".
