Emerging Company Report; Internet Portal for Online Photos; Recycling Rubber Tires into Industrial Pallets.

Hollywood, CA-Emerging Company Report, the nationally syndicated television program which profiles emerging-growth
companies (http://www.emergingcompany.com), features interviews with PhotoLoft.com, Inc. (OTC-BB: LOFT) and EnviroKare Tech, Inc. (OTC-BB: ENVK).

Company President Jack Marshall spoke of his company's photo-sharing and e-commerce community at PhotoLoft.com. “We offer private, public and commercial photo-sharing opportunities to the public,” he explained. “People can upload photos to share with their families and share photos in special interest groups. Commercial photographers can display photos available for sale. We earn revenue from the sale of prints. Our print-technology rivals that of photo-finishing outlets”.

Investor Relations representative Doug Davidson appeared on the program via satellite to talk about EnviroKare Tech, Inc.'s technology which recycles used rubber from discarded tires and converts them to industrial pallets. “The pallet industry achieves $5 billion in revenues annually”, said Davidson. “Current pallets made from wood break easily, $1.2 billion is spent each year repairing them. Besides, wood pallets require trees be cut down and trees are becoming increasingly scarce. Our pallets save trees and helps eliminate the problem of discarded tires, while providing a superior pallet product.” The company reports sales will begin in the first quarter of 2000 and expects to be profitable in their first year.
