B: Group One Ventures Announces Investment Opinion on International Star, Inc.

DALLAS, Nov 1, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Group One Ventures believes
that International Star (OTCBB:ISRI) is an overlooked/undervalued
company in a rapidly growing industry that in our opinion has enormous
potential for creating wealth for their shareholders.

The Company- International Star ("The Company") is an emerging
technology company at the forefront in the development and distribution
of AVL technology.

The Technology- AVL stands for "Automatic Vehicle Location." It is used
primarily for the instant tracking of various assets such as cars,
trucks, trailers, etc., via GPS, or Global Positioning Satellites. The
company distributes Qwiktrack(R) systems which go beyond mere tracking
to provide a myriad of services appealing to both commercial and
individual customers.

The Qwiktrack(R) systems, can track up to 128 events in real time over
the internet. Individuals and Commercial clients alike will enjoy
services such as vehicle tracking, stolen vehicle location detection,
driver panic signal and vehicle event status.

Trucking companies, and other commercial clients will enjoy the more
advanced features such as real time monitoring of truck speed, gas
mileage, cargo problems, air temperature feature, excessive speed, etc.

All such information can be accessed at any time from anywhere in the
world via the internet.

The Company has extensively and successfully tested its Qwiktrack(R)
system. Field testing was conducted in the Los Angeles basin area on
units owned and operated by a mid-sized trucking company operating
throughout North America. Successful tests included delivery of the
exact location of each truck and their individual speeds. All in real
time, several times per minute over the internet.

The Company's Edge- Serious competitors exist in the GPS market. We
believe Qwiktrack(R) has an edge over competitors in its niche that
will allow it to succeed in the market place.

First, Qwiktrack(R) offers the flexibility to design and implement
technology to suit each customer's individual needs, often using an
existing computer system through Avlis(R) integration technology.
Customers can choose from up to 128 events for the system to monitor.

Second, Qwiktrack's(R) affordability should provide an edge over
competing systems.

While other available systems, often offering fewer services, can
require hundreds or thousands of dollars in upfront unit and
installation costs, Qwiktrack(R) will not require any upfront unit or
installation charges.

For a low monthly lease payment, customers will be offered easily
installed hardware, software, customer support and training. As an
added bonus, since the AVL units will be tracked via the internet,
Qwiktrack(R) customers will be provided with server access included in
the lease agreement.

The Company, through its agreements with developer AVL Information
Systems, Ltd., should be able to keep unit and service costs down,
while maintaining healthy profit margins.

The Marketplace- Strategies Unlimited projects a market of nearly $5
billion for GPS and related technology within the next 4 years.

National Business Correspondents on the 700 Club and CNBC have reported
that GPS chips will be found on most vehicles and cell phones in North
America by the year 2003.

International Star is vying for a sizable piece of this huge market
opportunity.

Sales- On October 27, the Company announced the first major purchase
order for its Qwiktrack(R) systems. The order was for 1000 Tractor
Units and 5000 Trailer units. The value of this initial order exceeds
$11 million. Delivery is expected to commence January 31, 2000.

Marketing- The Company will market the units under the registered name
Qwiktrack(R). The company will reach out to both budget minded
individual users and large corporate users and will facilitate internet
sales through its website, currently under construction, Qwiktrack.com.

Upcoming Events- The Company is currently in negotiations with a
locally owned and operated company in the United Arab Emirates for the
cooperative sale and distribution of Qwiktrack(R) in the Middle East.

The Company has retained the offices of W. Michael Howery of Salt Lake
City to bring them to a fully reporting status.

The Company is currently developing its website for AVL monitoring and
on-line sales. The Company's goal is to have the website up and running
before year-end.

In mid-November the Company will attend the American Towman Convention
in Baltimore. Over 200,000 truck operators are represented at this
Convention. The Company will demonstrate its technology on police and
fire vehicles in the Baltimore area with the results on display for all
convention goers to see.

This Convention represents a prime opportunity for the Company to show
off their Qwiktrack(R) technology to a wide range of potential
customers with the intent of landing some future contracts.

Other Factors- The company also holds significant mining assets in
Northern Arizona.
