Terrible experience with buying at VUSA...Placed an
order on the 28th of October for a vacuum. After taking
advantage of a $100 rebate, the price was great. However
their computers were down so my order got into their
system only on Nov 6. I have been waiting since then.
All my emails to their customer service come back either
with a standard "We are looking into it" response or I
do not get a response at all. I have tried umpteen times
to call them on the phone but they have incredibly long
wait times -at least for customer service. I managed to
get through a few times and 2 different reps promised to
call me back the next day - they claimed that the vacuum
would be shipped by their suppliers and they could only
contact the suppliers by email. Needless to say, I never
heard from them. A third rep was equally clueless and
offered to cancel the order. I decided to wait since I
had already spent so much time and frankly the price was
good. However today I was at the end of my patience and
signed up with Mercata and will call VUSA and cancel my
order. This was a very frustrating experience and I do
a lot of online shopping and this was my first bad
experience. Does this company manage to sell anything?

P.S: I am not a short. In fact I had recently purchased
this stock but have since sold and have no position.
