Lizzie, when did we start talking about corporate theft? I thought we were talking about personal theft.

If U.S. seniors are ripping off the Canadian health system, I am all in favor of the Canadian government applying the appropriate penalty.

If U.S. citizens are buying drugs in foreign countries, I imagine they would be governed by foreign law. Doesn't seem U.S. law would come into the picture -- until, perhaps, the drugs were brought into the U.S.

Your ignorance of the spelling of "gouge" and meaning of the word "gauge" is, as you say, not the main issue. It is somewhat astounding, however.
