I don't have Level II. I buy mostly based on fundamentals and I don't do enough trading that it would be worthwhile for me.

I use a bit of technical analysis to determine buy and sell points, but based on daily data only, not intraday. Sometimes I also look for shorter-term patterns on Quote.com Live!, but this just shows best bid, best ask and trades, delayed 15 minutes {real-time available by subscription}:

I like the 60-minute candlesticks, with Bollinger bands. That shows the pattern for about the last two weeks of trading.

The problem in this market is that if you sell on fundamentals, say at twice fair value, you sell too soon. That's because the character of the market changes: value comes into play in determining where stocks bottom out, but in a giddy market like this most of the buyers have no concept of value.
