Larry again asserts and 'analyzes' contrary to fact:

like you really know anything about how these financing
deals are done. like you know better than mooter - in your
dreams. he has substantial financing experience. What's
yours Larry? What qualification and or business experience
do you have? It's quite obvious you have none, ZERO.
Your 'business' is hanging out in the SI cyber-salons isn't

note that in fact our warbucks ended up paying much LESS!
never let fact get in the way of your idiot assertions
and your premise that all officers of the company are
idiots and crooks until you decide otherwise. "I don't
understand the transaction therefore it must be
fradulent". You are such a D***head.

get a job and learn something about the real business
world Larry. you have a hell of a lot of nerve accusing
Valence officers and Directors of lacking integrity.
You don't know the bloody word means. Your idea of
'accomplishment' is being a petty trader and
self-described chatroom guru.

You really need to examine your limitations and get some
real world knowledge. You can't see beyond the end
of your nose let alone understand a real business!
