12/2/99 Osicom conference call notes relating to NSIL - Last time for NSIL to appear in Osicom's earning report - NSIL had 11M in backorder? for reporting period - Osicom owns 7.5M shares of NSIL as an investment - Underwriters lockup on NSIL to Sept 15, 2000. - Not planning to amend NSIL distribution date for lockup to make it earlier so more share can get out to the market.
