Ari: When I called ir last week I requested three times and was told three times that this law suit dates back to May 95. I even wrote it down. This contractor (sorry, I cannot recall the name right now) may well have been involved with ITG for some time and there may be repeated instances. I do not know. They told me basically the same thing they told you. They are suing to recover losses. All that aside, the only thing that really intrests me is the drill results. No insider sales is good news.If Madels changes their recommendation I would seriously reconsider, but until then... All the best
