Raging Bull's
By: telmemore Reply To: 1803 by txaggie83Thursday, 2 Dec 1999 at 10:57 PM EST Post # of 1817 Mr. Txaggie - I am responding from a computer that is not mine and therefore I am not sure what the "handle" will be, but this is from me. Before I get into a response to your post, allow me to set the stage as you related same to me. You do not own any ReDOX stock and are looking to invest in a growth entity. You are looking for a long term investment. You are not looking for a quick buck. You arrived in the office unannounced and uninvited, not caring or interested in what you were interrupting. I knew of(or anticipated) your impending arrival through this media. There was no one in the office but myself. You expected, and were given, time that could have been devoted to other more meaningful projects. You chastise me for not being candid with you and for not personally seeing to it that an investor package was mailed to you. That is not my job. You probably noticed an absence of office personnel who would normally handle such tasks. Your request for a packet is in the front office, along with other requests, waiting for someone to stop their other tasks to accede to your needs. The minimal information I related to you is more than I usually give a shareholder (or a prospective shareholder such as yourself). As I explained to you, I am not technically educated to the degree necessary to properly explain the technology. I make no apologies for this. My function does not involve product development, design or production. In this day of modern convenience, there is no need for me to travel in order to do my job. Telephone, faxes and e-mail suffice. In a company which cannot afford to send extra personnel around the world, we make do with the available logistic tools which are at hand. The knowledge that I have regarding current projects is proprietary to the company and not for dissemination to the general public, of which you qualify. Those persons who have invested hard currency in the company are not given any more consideration than were you in this regard. My personal habits are really none of your concern. Just as my annual income or share holdings in the company is none of your business, although you had no problem requesting information about them. I assure you that ReDOX dollars are not being spent to support my personal lifestyle. Should my demise occur before we get product to market, so be it. As has been explained to many others, should you decide to invest, none of those dollars go into the company. You will only benefit the stock broker of your choice. The secondary trading market does not benefit the company. I regret you chose this venue to vent your spleen about me and ReDOX. You have my telephone number and address. You chose to personally attack me behind a pseudonym. Your gallantry and courage are typical of those who use this forum to attempt to direct the company's destiny under the guise of anonymity. Somehow I believe that I will still be at my desk long after you have found another target for your opinions. At least have the courage to spend the bucks, as have most of the people on this thread have, before you foist your insipid management theories on those of us who do the work necessary to keep this company afloat. Sincerely, ole "Bob" |
