Is there any validity to the rumor, or proof, of a second offering??

Someone posted a rumor of a 2M share offering.(?)

Stagger - If there is a second offering of only 2M shares I am willing to bet that that will be absorbed the very same day of the offering. Have you been watching our volume? The dilution would have no effect in my opinion. The added bonus - increased share price (in the heat of the IPO frenzy). I think a second offering is just what this company needs to take off.
