NTRX - Networking - Voice I don't know if I agree with that target without the buyout, but I notice that they have called this a "speculative buy". They have some very talented people working there (a couple of them are friends of mine), but I would want to see some stronger financials before I would believe that the "buy" rating wasn't based on some outside "speculation". NTRX chart looks very nice though.
