13% of what? Of every web server in existence counting boxes ... which includes a whole lot of mom and pop sites with 10 hits a day as equal to the Amazons and such? Or 13% of the traffic? Or 13% of the F500 of web sites?

I don't see Sun as trying to put a SPARC in every garage ... they can do quite nicely by dominating the high end, enterprise class sites.
