Gemini fund exits their position in JCDA??

Comments anyone?

I cut the article short but interesting part is at the end where they say they exited their position in JCDA. This Gemini fund was a venture capital fund that states they have exited their position in JCDA.

Does anyone know if this exit was before IPO or after....

I did review the Prospectus again but could not find any reference to the Gemini Fund venture capital group. Hmm....

Not Only Ed Mlavsky
By Ella Jacoby

The Gemini fund was born at Kapulsky's coffee shop in Tel Aviv. Ed Mlavsky and Yossi Sela chatted over coffee and started to plan a top tier venture capital fund. Today, six years later, they appear to have abided by their plan. According to Venture I surveys, which examines the activity of venture capital funds on a quarterly basis, Gemini is well placed among Israel?s top ten funds, based on the volume of its activity.
