I think that the market price of the equity gives you the answer to your question---I believe it closed at 3 yesterday. Without question there is skepticism in the market about their ability to execute or all the news would have driven the equity higher already. I do believe that it is a low risk play at this point. Relative to upside---you are probably correct that there MAY be upside and for those holding it I only wish them the best---but I think to drive the price higher it will take solid proof--not just announcements of contracts.
