I have a feeling there are intense negotiations going with NT. My assumption is that NT is not very happy that NN is on the market. Of course they could use some of NN's products but they don't want to pay more than $30-35 U.S. However, NT is probably aware that CSCO is patiently waiting to see what their bid will be and NT under no circumstances what-so-ever can allow CSCO to acquire NN. If nothing else CSCO can make a higher bid just to make NT pay more for NN. I think what we have now is big time game of chess. Therefore, just to keep up decent relations with TM, NT will be forced to make a higher initial bid than they would like to make. Think what you ÿwant but I believe getting into the Telco business extremely important to CSCO. Sprint was their big opportunity and they blew it. The Sprint contract ÿwas one of the main reasons they bought STRATACOM. There will be a bidding war. Neither CSCO or NT have denied they are not interested as far as Iÿknow.ÿ messages.yahoo.com
