My take of the NT / CSCO post is that NT would not want to enter unless they have a friendly reception from TM & NN. CSCO would not table an offer unless they intend to buy NN regardless of price. If CSCO bids they will / must win period. Newbridge has many options to choose from not only selling the entire company... Regards Glenn
