I don't know the number of shares outstanding which makes me nervous. The other thing which makes me nervous is Thursday's close. The previous two days UPGD closed on its high; yesterday it closed 1 5/8 down from its high. Today is Friday and I fear we could see some heavy profit-taking; I'm selling at the open and will get back in later around 15.
