Mr. Bill is a Fraud who has neither the education, nor the SEC licenses, to support his financial council on this thread.

The educational gap is glaring, but not on Bill's side:

coun·cil (kounsl)
n.

An assembly of persons called together for consultation, deliberation, or discussion.
A body of people elected or appointed to serve in an administrative, legislative, or advisory capacity.
An assembly of church officials and theologians convened for regulating matters of doctrine and discipline.
The discussion or deliberation that takes place in such an assembly or body.
n. attributive.
Often used to modify another noun: a council chamber; the council table

coun·sel (kounsl)
n.

The act of exchanging opinions and ideas; consultation.
Advice or guidance, especially as solicited from a knowledgeable person. See Synonyms at advice.
A plan of action.
Private, guarded thoughts or opinions: keep one's own counsel.
A lawyer or group of lawyers giving legal advice and especially conducting a case in court.

BTW, these are message boards for opinions, not paid financial counsel. Bill has strong opinions and a proven track record.

Have a nice day.
