You know, you must have an older version -- my chart for INTC, daily, 1 point per box, looks identical to DWA! Taking it from November, I have a column of Xs from 69 to 83, down from 82 to 74, 75 to 81, 80 to 78, 79 to 82, 81 to 75, 76 to 78 and then right now QCharts has a bad tick that I am not correcting for so it goes down to 1 :-)

One thing that might be happening is that you're looking at a different time frame? I allow 1, 5, 10, 60 minute charts as well as daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. You need to open the chart with D. The default chart will show up using a "volatility" based box size. You can modify the chart box size in the edit menu (chart properties) and choose 1 for box size. Hopefully the charts will be identical. Or I am still sleeping and this is a bad dream because the DWA chart for INTC and my chart look identical except for the bad closing tick right now which makes my INTC go down to 1 (this has to be a bad dream :-) )

I don't get it . . .
