INTERNATIONAL BOXING COUNCIL SANCTIONS ACEI'S WORLD TITLE BOUT

SAN JOSE, Calif., Dec 3, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- American
Champion Entertainment (Nasdaq: ACEI) announces today that the
International Boxing Council (IBC) is sanctioning ACEI's first world
championship match to be held in China on April 22, 2000 featuring
boxing champion Hector "Macho" Camacho.

"We are proud and pleased to begin this relationship with American
Champion Entertainment in their effort to promote the highest standard
of professional boxing in the Peoples Republic of China. The IBC is
most particular in selecting associations and groups. However, American
Champion Entertainment has demonstrated their commitment to quality
entertainment with its team of experienced sports and entertainment
staff," stated IBC President Joseph "Blackie" Gennaro, one of the most
respected boxing professionals in the business. He was the first
appointed State of Ohio Boxing Commissioner, and managed such notable
fighters as Ernie Shavers, the former Number One World Heavyweight
Contender.

"Due to its stellar reputation, we went with the IBC," said George
Chung, ACEI's Chairman. "In the wake of the recent troubles that other
boxing organizations have faced, American Champion Entertainment was
very careful to find a respected boxing organization to associate
ourselves with." The IBC is one of the most widely known and respected
boxing entities throughout the world. IBC champions and rated fighters
include Shannon Briggs, Ike Ibeabuchi, Andrew Golata, and Hector
Camacho.
