I agree, it is a real rip off of the common stockholders. Warrants have time value so ARIA should have sold new warrants and collected the premium. No reason to give that away to the existing warrant holders...they took their chances and the w's should have expired worthless. At least ARIA is consistent...this is the second extension. I guess they will just keep doing it until the w's are exercised or ARIA goes bust. ( My apologies to ARIA warrant holders. )
