IC, it is a term I invented for telling when a stock has probably reached its low point yesterday, of course by definition you can only tell it has been at its lowest after it has risen - right, so if you look at this graph

the last divergence bar on the bottom right is closer to the 0 line than the one to to the left of it , and the ones to left of it all drop from the 0 line sequencially , this is a good - but not guaranteed- sign of recovery after consolidation.
