BMI occasionally would send out a bad tick but the database resides in your computer so you could fix it.

We were talking about writing programs for QCharts, as my son knows programming much better than I. I'd probably need some information from Quote.com and that's probably hard to obtain so it became a low-priority issue. Heck, I've asked Gibbons Burke twice if he was able to run QCharts on a Mac and I cannot even find that out.

That tick issue would bother me as well, as it could take days for it to work out of the chart. If you are lucky they will fix it by the next trading day. I don't know, however, because I see Sector Charts where there are bad ticks going back months. Check INDEX:BMX.X for example. They lopped off 200 points on the Index on 10/20 and knocked the Index down to 1 on a bad tick on 11/29.
